Terms of use
Effective August 6, 2026. These initial terms support the YouMeUp soft launch and should receive legal review before broader commercial expansion.
Information is provided for planning
Hours, access, amenities, conditions, event details, and rules may change. Confirm important information with the responsible place or organization before traveling or making safety-sensitive decisions.
Accounts and personal features
You are responsible for your account and for activity conducted through it. Do not attempt to access another person’s lists, history, or administrative tools.
Submissions
Submit only information you reasonably believe is accurate and content you have the right to share. Suggestions and reports enter a review process and do not automatically change public listings.
Photos
You must have the right to submit a photo. Do not submit sexually explicit, abusive, invasive, misleading, or identifying images of unrelated children without appropriate permission. YouMeUp may screen photos for unsafe content and may review, edit, manually blur, reject, unpublish, or remove them.
Prohibited use
Do not abuse the service, submit malicious content, impersonate others, scrape protected personal data, interfere with security, or use YouMeUp to harass or endanger people.
Changes and availability
Features may change during the soft launch. We may suspend content or accounts when needed for safety, integrity, maintenance, or legal compliance.
